About the Journal

Revista X is a biannual journal published by Departamento de Letras Estrangeiras Modernas (DELEM – Department of Modern Foreign Languages) in association with the Programa de Pós-Graduação em Letras (Post-Graduation Program in Letters) of Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR). 

This journal is a publishing medium for studies in the field of Letters. Its target audience consists of students, professors, and researchers.

Revista X aims to publish original articles, interviews, reviews, and classroom testimonials in Languages, Literary, and Cultural Studies. It gathers studies in the fields of Linguistics  and Applied Linguistics, Language Teaching and Learning (mother tongue, second language, foreign, additional, etc.), Literature, Comparative Literature, Literature Teaching and Learning, Speech Analysis, Cultural Studies, Translation, and Language and Literature Teaching Education.

Revista X provides immediate open access to its entire content and follows best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Both the submission process and access to published works are completely free of charge.

Revista X is classified as B2 in the journal classification list by platform Webqualis.
