Vol. 30 No. 4 (2025): Navigating the Frontiers of Veterinary Science and the Commitment to One Health
Dear reader,
It is with great satisfaction that we present this new edition of the Archives of Veterinary Science, which arrives at a time of intense and continuous evolution in veterinary medicine. Our commitment, as editors, is to be the bridge to the knowledge that drives innovation, enhances practices, and strengthens our mission to care for animal, public health and the environment.
In this volume, we navigate a diversity of crucial topics that reflect the frontiers of current research. As always, AVS stands out by bringing contributions ranging from the clinical and surgical aspects of small and large animals to herd health and the relationship between animal, human, and environmental health, in the context of One Health. Since the beginning of 2024 we have increased more than 10 times the access to the journal, amplifying our horizons with ethics and a great editorial job.
We highlight research that explores new diagnostic approaches, innovative therapies, and the impact of environmental factors on animal health, demonstrating our relentless pursuit of solutions to the most complex challenges. We hope this edition inspires new investigations and collaborates in the formation of an even more engaged and connected scientific community.
Happy reading and a prosperous 2026 to all of us!
Sincerely, The Editorial Team of the Archives of Veterinary Science
