This article presents and analyses some theorical reflections on chemotherapy ambulatory, emphasizing the educational role as another way of promoting the best possible channel into chemotherapic treatment. It brings up the importance of nursing consultation in order to establish a bound with the patient and the lead him to self care. The understanding by the patient should ensure treatment success.
