Abstract

Objetivo: determinar las acciones de Educación Permanente en Salud y Gestión del Conocimiento que se realizan en la Superintendencia Regional de Salud de Minas Gerais, Brasil, y reflexionar sobre posibles paralelismos.

Método: se trata de un estudio cualitativo, exploratorio, con 10 trabajadores de la salud. La recolección de datos se realizó de febrero a mayo de 2021, mediante un instrumento remoto, elaborado en Google Forms, analizado según la técnica de Análisis de Contenido Temático de Bardin.

Resultados: atraviesan los procesos formales e informales de formación e intercambio de conocimiento, elaboración y transformación de procesos de trabajo, así como la fragmentación, sectorización y competitividad basada en la información.

Conclusión: los resultados tienen el potencial de estimular la discusión sobre las diferentes formas de circulación del conocimiento en las regiones de salud, reflexionando sobre la creación e implementación de planes estaduales y regionales de Educación permanente en Salud y Gestión del Conocimiento conceptualmente alineados y comprometidos con el territorio.
