This article emphasizes various components which have been breaking up the vertical Unes whithin organizations. Altherity, the game of difference, the symbolic order, norms and routines, proxemies, ali are aspects that make the operational system dose to the higher Une of management which have power that overpasses the conflict of potencial forces among employers and employees. The flexible structures and the horizontality of power, giving privileges to associations and work interactions, delineate new possibilities of hierarchical configurations for hospital nursing organizations.
