The need for learning arises as inherence of the human being. Both go together in the process of evolution of knowledge and, this way, education methods become obsolete, resulting in the need to improve them. The learning process must follow the advancement of technology and knowledge, so that the future professional be able to adapt to the needs of the business world. The transposition of the theory acquired for use within a business environment is the need to exercise their expertise in the market itself, which is competitive and does not forgive mistakes. Therefore, this paper investigates the importance of Business Games for teaching, since, given the possibility to simulate a business environment similar to reality, making the student experience the company day-to-day in a secure environment. Through research with coordinators, teachers and students of undergraduate courses in Accounting, there is the view that this discipline enables you to develop management skills, understanding teamwork and its importance as a training tool in managerial decision making. It was noticed, too, the fact that the Games, as well as the computer, represent support tools whose effectiveness depends on how it will be used.
