The objective of the present study sought to determine the SPD Participatory Quality Index (IQP) in rural properties in the municipalities of Terra Roxa - PR and Nova Santa Rosa - PR. In this work, 50 properties were analyzed in total, 25 of them in the municipality of Terra Roxa - PR and 25 in Nova Santa Rosa, which carries out the SPD. Interviews were carried out with the rural producers of each property using the IQP2 questionnaire, based on a set of indicators related to the management of the productive system with the aim of profitability and environmental conservation. The indicators encompass several important factors such as Crop Rotation Intensity (IR); Crop Rotation Density (DR); Persistence of Residues / Straw (PR); Soil Preparation Frequency (FP); Terracing (TC); Conservation Assessment (CA); Balanced Nutrition (NE) and SPD Adoption Time (TA). Each indicator reached an index of 0 - 10 for the conservation of the SPD in each property. In general, the final value of the IQP fluctuated considerably in the municipality of Terra Roxa – PR, the indices were between 6.00 to 8.00, and, in the municipality of Nova Santa Rosa – PR, it varied between 6.13 to 8.75, it was observed overall, both municipalities had a similar index and were considered good. The producers demonstrated difficulty in establishing the crop rotation and compaction in headlands. However, they reported the absence of signs of erosion due to the correct terracing. The possibility of crop diversification in the SPD is a solution for the IQP indexes of the studied area's improvement, in addition to the improvement in soil quality during the time of adoption.
