Thinking over sustainability: a reflection over Agenda 21
Abstract
This paper is about a reflection that allows us to subsidise policie advanced which sketch emancipated actions. In the last decades, the environmental degradation has increased to intolerable levels, characterized by different stages of economic development and human action, leading us to believe that real and effective measures have to be taken to articulate the growth of the social economic conditions with sustainabillity. One of the theoretical practical ways concerns the introduction of Agenda 21 which contemplates rules and principles to implement local and regional actions.
