Nursing Care Center: Creation and Development

Abstract

Deals with an experience essay, with an retrospective approach that describes the creation and developmentof a Nursing Care Center so called Centro de Cuidados de Enfermagem (CCEnf). The CCEnf is anapprenticeship space for nursing students, which allows the students practice the process of being a nurse,the acquisition of experiences by health education, in a way to begin the exercise of professional autonomy.In its trajectory goals that were established during each planning for this project tried to be fulfilled, in a wayto provide a professional knowledge in a student space. Through out six years of experience, the projectenabled an integration of the academy and the community, the major goal of university extension.
