Abstract

This work makes reflections about a short and recent period of the political history of public health. Through a personal experiment it describes strategies that are using to build the unique health system in Brazil. In this perspective, it discusses the professional role of nurse and the opportunity for other professionals in health to be a part of this political question, and basically the educative action of nursery like a way to construct citizenship.
