ENEM: BETWEEN THE REGULATION OF QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL AND VESTIBULAR.

Abstract

Our paper presents a study on the National Examination of Secondary Education created in 1998 by the MEC to assess the skills and abilities developed by high school students. Begins the process of putting the first national survey plan to correct and guide the curricula of middle schools by creating new demands for knowledge through the national evaluation. Its regulatory function, however, was losing direction in that schools were finding ways to prepare for the exam in extra moments to the classroom. The senseless competition between schools, between institutions, between educational systems took place. The training for the race took the initial character of regular quality.
