This article presents the proposal of the pedagogical approach of tutoring at the Undergraduation Course in Distance Pedagogy (PEAD), of the Education College of UFRGS (Brasil). It discusses the pedagogical, social and organizing tutors’ functions according to the theoretical-practical guidelines from the Course.
