GRAMÁTICA CATEGORIAL ATRAVÉS DE ESTRUTURA DE CARACTERÍSTICAS

Resumo

No presente texto, apresenta-se uma maneira de empregar a Estrutura de
Características para representar tanto a Gramática Categorial quanto as análises gramaticais
construídas por meio delas. Para atingir esse objetivo, depois de introduzirmos dois
modelos complementares da Gramática Categorial (o Modelo AB e o Modelo Clássico),
algumas noções elementares de Estrutura de Característica serão explicadas de forma a
descrever a representação da Gramática Categorial e de análises gramaticais através de
matrizes de Estrutura de Característica; o texto termina com algumas conclusões a respeito
desse tipo de representação.

Abstract

In this text, it will be presented a way to employ Feature Structure in order to
represent both Categorial Grammar and parsing. To reach this goal, after the introduction
of two complementary Categorial Grammar models (AB Model and Classic Categorial
Grammar), some basic notions about Feature Structure will be explained with the aim of
describing how to parse expressions using Categorial Grammar and Feature Structure.
The text ends with some conclusions about this kind of representation.
