(1) We declare that, as of November 2021, the Revista de Economia (ISSN 0556-5782) will adopt the Creative Commons Atribuição 4.0 Internacional (CC BY) license for articles published from 2022 onward.

(2) The journal Revista de Economia adheres to the set of principles, practices, and requirements of Open Science in accordance with the recommendations of the SciELO Brazil Collection and follows Elsevier’s guidelines and recommendations on the use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) resources and tools and AI-assisted technologies. As of February 2026, authors must attach, at the time of submission, the completed Application form for adopting Open Science practices. When completing the form, authors must provide information that increases transparency regarding the research process and its dissemination.
