In Historia del Derecho Administrativo Español Luis Medina Alcoz presents a panoramic description of the formation and development of administrative law in Spain, covering a period ranging from the unification of the Spanish territory under the authority of the Catholic Kings to the redemocratization process at the end of the 20th century. This work establishes fundamental parameters not only for the study of Spanish law, but also for an adequate understanding of the formation of Brazilian administrative law.
