O presente texto tem como objeto de estudo o assédio moral na relação de emprego no Brasil do século XXI e o resgate da dignidade da pessoa humana, inserida neste mundo mercadológico capitalista do trabalho. O tema procura demonstrar alternativas no sentido de coibir a reincidência desses atos, que pela sua aparente superficialidade, escondem os verdadeiros danos psicológicos e morais que são causados às pessoas.
