Abstract

It is addressed in this essaythe legal entity concept, analyzing the maintheories developed regarding the subject andthe consequences for what is known as “doublelegal entity crisis”. It is adopted as premise aninvestigation of the thought of the ProfessorJosé Lamartine Correa de Oliveira in hismain work dedicated to this theme in order toreflect about the actuality of the theoreticallycontribution of this author to the theme.
