The Due Process of Law wasborn in England, in the year 1215. It had adifferent development in England and in theUnited States of America, especially becausethe role of the American Supreme Court.Also, the Due Process of Law is in the coreof the Law in Brasil since the very beginning.In the second half of the eighth century, manyclassics of the Brasilian Law wrote about it.The 1824 Brasilian Imperial Constitution, inits art. 179, inc.
