Abstract

O presente artigo junta as discussões sobre ideias em política, governança global e transnacionalismo para saber o lugar das OIGs no sistema internacional. Elas são: 1) palco de contato entre Estados e para pressão de atores não estatais; 2) origem de produção de conhecimento e dados utilizados por diversos atores para o desenho de políticas, pesquisas e posicionamentos; 3) arenas de “fricção” entre Estados fortes e posições contramajoritárias de outros atores; 4) chance de representação de Estados fracos e emergentes; 5) atores decisivos no contexto de “sociedade global”.
