Abstract

O objetivo central deste estudo é explicar o atual estado da integração regional sul-americana, especificamente no Conselho de Defesa Sul-Americano da Unasul e o papel do Brasil como Potência Regional. A partir da análise de casos específicos é possível mensurar o nível ainda incipiente de atuação do órgão, mas também uma guinada ao multilateralismo como processo de consolidação da integração.
