Abstract

O Conselho de Segurança das Nações Unidas é a instituição internacional mais importante no que toca à segurança e paz mundial. A reforma deste órgão para seu funcionamento efetivo, democrático e transparente é um dos temas mais relevantes da política mundial. O presente artigo busca apresentar uma breve descrição histórica dos processos e grupos que atuam nessa questão.
