Abstract

Durante o ano de 2013, a Corte Internacional de Justiça emitirá sentença a respeito da controvérsia entre as repúblicas do Peru e do Chile, buscando a delimitação da fronteira marítima entre os dois países. O artigo busca apresentar os principais pontos desta
controvérsia, ressaltando os acontecimentos mais recentes neste julgamento.
