This article addresses the tutoring experience to a group of eight professionals – connected with superior education - in different health areas and in different cities of the country. It is a distance-learning major course, on-line and face-to-face attendance, with active methodologies on problematizing perspectives. In on-line and face-to-face attendance, problem-situations were worked on from a study guide containing 22 texts elaborated by the course organizers and tutors, who reported situations experienced in their daily lives as health professionals. Likewise, accounts of the practice were also worked on, elaborated by the course attendants who abstracted from their professional realities, called "village". All Problem-situations as well as Accounts of Practice were selected by the majors which enabled them - according to their reports – to refine their knowledge in the three target areas of the course: educational, caring, policy-managing.
