About the Journal

The CEPPA Bulletin publishes unpublished technical-scientific papers (unpublished or submitted to another journal), resulting from research and bibliographic reviews in the area of science, technology, food engineering and the like. Originals in English (priority) are accepted, which comply with the normative provisions of the newspaper. The opinions expressed in articles are the sole responsibility of the authors. The Bulletin reserves the right to adapt the originals to maintain the homogeneity of the publication, always respecting the author's style. The CEPPA Bulletin is indexed in Scopus, Food Science and Technology Abstract (FSTA), CAB Abstract, Chemical Abstract (CA), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) databases and Periodical Literature in Agricultural Sciences (PERI).

The CEPPA Bulletin publishes original technical-scientific papers (not published or submitted to another journal), resulting from researches and literature reviews in the field of science, technology and food engineering as well as correlated areas. The papers (without identifying the authors) are evaluated by two referees, using up to another referee if there is disagreement between their opinions. The final decision rests with the Editorial Board after consideration of the three reports. The opinions expressed on the articles are under the author's full responsibility. However the journal has the right to adapt the original, respecting the style of the authors, in order to preserve the publication pattern. Works are accepted in English (priority). The CEPPA Bulletin is indexed in Scopus, Food Science and Technology Abstract (FSTA), CAB Abstract, Chemical Abstract (CA), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and Periodical Literature in Agricultural Sciences (PERI) .
