Abstract

The sweet bread enriched with eggs, milk, essence, fat, liquor and dried fruits (oranges, papayas, grapes, pineaple) is usually consumed during Christmas. Whem industrially processed it will have a shelf life of about four months without changing its sensory characteristics.
