COPPER AND ZINC EVALUATION IN DAILY CONSUMED FOOD

Abstract


Coper and zinc of nine daily consumed food, represented by 3 and 6 samples of each product were determined by atomic absorption spectrofotometry. The results demonstrated that alI food submited to analysis has not surpassed the safety limit to consumer.
