ELABORATION OF POWDERS FOR SOLUBLE DRINK USING POPCORN
Abstract
A soluble drink from popcorn was produced to demonstrate the feasibility of processo. A sensory evaluation of a prepared drink, with sugar and milk added presented the best levels of acceptability.
