Abstract

O ensaio trata do tema que envolve a polêmica Resolução n. 22.585/2007, do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral, verificando em que medida ela viola Direitos Fundamentais Civis e Políticos da Cidadania e dos Partidos Políticos brasileiros.
