Abstract

This paper has the aim to present a study of gender in a public school setting. It aims to  show  the view of gender students  have by ascribing  adjectives to them and how a stereotyped view of gender is reiterated in  school settings. The study is based on qualitative analysis in a poststructuralist perspective. The result of the analysis shows that gender prejudice is still present in people’s   speech and attitude.
