Abstract

O presente artigo tem como intenção pensar a amizade, a partir da perspectiva do filósofo Jacques Derrida, com o fim de articular laços de solidariedade efetivos e a ampliação da coesão social necessários ao aprofundamento da democracia. Logo, o objetivo central do artigo é perscrutar novas formas de (re)articulação entre o direito e a democracia, as quais permitam ampliar os espaços democráticos e o reconhecimento efetivo do outro e da alteridade.

Professor do Programa de Graduação da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Mestre em Direito das Relações Sociais e Doutorando em Direitos Humanos e Democracia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná.

Katya Kozicki, UFPR

Mestre e Doutora em Filosofia do Direito pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Visiting Researcher Associate no Center for the Study of Democracy, University of Westminster, Londres, 1998-1999. Professora dos programas de graduação e pós-graduação em Direito da UFPR e da PUCPR.
