O presente artigo trata do discurso jurídico brasileiro e sua especificidade caracterizada por uma estratégia dos juristas, por um recorte especial relativamente a outras normatividades, pela emergência de temas e valores próprios e pelo uso de modelos argumentativos sui generis. Esta especificidade discursiva salienta uma concepção crítica e comprometida do direito.
