Abstract

Eis o volume 52 da Revista da Faculdade de Direito da UFPR. Ele comunga com a ideia de que direito é narrativa, a qual se escreve e reescreve mediante o conhecimento teórico e o conhecimento aplicado, das decisões judiciais, da legislação em geral, das práticas sociais, do imaginário jurídico etc.
