Abstract

O artigo procura analisar a expansão e o investimento na Pós-graduação em
Direito no Brasil no período de 995 a 2005. A autora demonstra mediante dados obtidos
junto à CAPES e ao CNPq que a expansão, sob controle, da área do Direito, foi mais intensa
que a de outras áreas, ao passo que o investimento em pesquisa na pós-graduação não tenha
acompanhado o mesmo ritmo.
