Abstract

Com a crise das instituições oficiais, que não conseguem oferecer soluções para as demandas da população, constata-se que ela está buscando participar, das mais variadas formas, da definição dos rumos de sua sociedade, e que esta ação passa, diretamente, pela apropriação popular da esfera normativa. A relação organização popular e direito é dialética, pois acompanha o movimento do real. Há momentos em que a dimensão normativa merece tratamento destacado neste processo, pois pode ser utilizada como instrumento de desmistificação da realidade vivenciada, acelerando a emancipação da população envolvida. A participação no processo de organização popular, portanto, é tarefa que se coloca para todos aqueles que possuem compromisso com a transformação social, pois permite a acumulação de forças sociais e a fundação de bases que um dia nos permitam romper com o sistema capitalista.
