DEMOCRACIA DELIBERATIVA: A RECUPERAÇÃO DO COMPONENTE MORAL NA ESFERA PÚBLICA

O objetivo deste texto é o de discutir a democracia deliberativa, na sua noção moderna (e problemática), buscando explicitar as possibilidades e os limites desta matriz teórica. A deliberação, entendida como um método para a tomada de decisão assenta-se na idéia de um livre debate a ser realizado entre cidadãos livres, iguais e racionais, para a obtenção de um resultado com o qual todos possam concordar, uma vez que todos serão por ele afetados.
