Abstract

A Revista da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal do Paraná chega ao seu volume 51 e, assim, já passa de meio século de vida e vai superando, formalmente, a meia centena de edições. Em sua longa trajetória de discussão (crítica), o que significa passar o Bojador? Sobretudo, um esforço reflexivo conjunto para, desde esta (outra) margem do Ocidente, fazermos as travessias como uma espécie de

 

disseminação, como diria Derrida. Isto é, quando as marcas não podem mais ser resumidas em oposições binárias ou fechadas em uma taxonomia finita, pois seus movimentos penetram todo os espaços da escrita, disseminamos.
