This article aims at discussingthe emancipating perspectives on the LabourLaw in the scenario of an unemploymentcrisis, as well as on flexibility, outsourcingand precariousness. Firstly, it contextualizesthe scenario of the Labour Law in order torevise its genesis and emancipating nature,which is defined by its protective character.It develops the relationship between legalprotection and emancipation dialecticallyfor the identification of new emancipatingproposals to the Labour Law.Downloads
