Abstract

The aim of this essay is providing deep reflection regarding the ethical issues which arise from the increasing rise in AIDS cases in the economically active population, mostly in the work environment, putting in evidence the role of the nurse integrated with the health staff and its important contribution in implementing the strategies to prevent and face this disease which cruelly affects human beings.
