Efectividad de la aplicación móvil “Nasci Bem” en el conocimiento de profesionales de salud y familiares de recién nacidos

Objetivo: Evaluar la efectividad de la aplicación móvil “Nasci Bem” en la mejora del conocimiento de profesionales de salud y familiares sobre las prácticas humanizadas en el cuidado al recién nacido en la maternidad.
Método: Estudio cuasiexperimental, de grupo único, desarrollado en un hospital municipal del estado de Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, de diciembre/2024 a julio/2025. Los participantes fueron profesionales de salud y familiares de recién nacidos. La investigación se compuso de tres etapas: pretest, intervención y postest. Se aplicó la prueba de McNemar (p<0,05).
Resultados: Compusieron el estudio 79 personas, en su mayoría mujeres (n=71/89,9%). El total de aciertos en el pretest fue de 42,8% y en el postest fue de 64,3%, con un aumento de 21,5 puntos porcentuales. En nueve preguntas hubo aumento del número de aciertos, y en siete ese aumento fue estadísticamente significativo.
Conclusión: La aplicación mejoró el conocimiento de los usuarios finales de la tecnología educativa sobre las prácticas humanizadas en el cuidado al recién nacido en la maternidad.
