Abstract

Objetivo: presentar evidencias de validez, fiabilidad y un procedimiento de estandarización para la interpretación de la Escala de Clima de Trabajo en Equipo en equipos de salud familiar.  

Método: estudio metodológico con diseño exploratorio correlacional y diseño transversal. Los participantes fueron profesionales de los equipos de Salud de la Familia de un municipio del interior del estado de São Paulo - BR. La recolección de datos se inició entre diciembre de 2020 y abril de 2021. Los datos se analizaron mediante estadística descriptiva e inferencial. 

Resultados: el ajuste del modelo de medición de cuatro factores latentes correlacionados (Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio) fue aceptable y satisfactorio. Los coeficientes de fiabilidad compuestos fueron superiores a 0,95. Fue posible proponer un sistema de normas útil para interpretar los resultados.

Conclusión: el estudio mostró evidencias de validez y consistencia interna de la Escala, que se confirma como un poderoso instrumento cuyos hallazgos pueden contribuir a fortalecer el trabajo en equipo y la colaboración interprofesional.
