[RELATIONSHIP TEACHING-SERVICE: AN STRATEGY FOR LINKING TEACHING TO THE HEALTH WORKING PROCESS

Taking into consideration the guidelines of the new proposal for undergraduate education at Federal University of Paraná, the authors of this study focused on the settings were the studens do their practicum. New strategies were searched in order to establish interation between nursing teaching and working process. This research was divided in two steps. The first one consisted in a diagnosis of the relationships between teaching and health services staff. The second one consisted in the development of seminar discussions based on the findings of step one. The findigns indicate that group construction of projects for teaching research/extension of interinstitutional actions, in which the students/trainees take part, can improve interactions between teaching and working processes
