Abstract

The text projects reflections about the
duality between reason and sensitiveness in the
Nursing assistance practice, the theory an practice
dichotomy, the humanized care and the job market
demands with a specialization focus, the
systematization of the assistance and process in the
nurse’s work, the valorization of care subjectivity and
the need of technological dexterity. The future
professional’s graduation is one of the possible ways
to heal this lacuna, allying new care concepts fulfilling
the contemporaneous society’s desires, the scientific
principles, becoming protagonists of the changes in
Nursing reality.
