To accomplish work we used skins and seeds from the yellow passion fruit.Chemical and physical-chemical analysis of skins and seeds were made.The skins presented high content of humidity; low contents of protein and total lipids; high percentage of fibers; fair amounts of NIFEXT and iron; fair contents of phosphorus.In the seeds, a high percentage of fibers; a fair mount of total lipids, calcium iron and phosphorus were observed.
