Abstract

Samples of bee pollen stored in heehive (bee-bread) were collected in there differents places in the State of Paraná and characterized through physical and chemical analyses. Yhe obtained results were within the scale of variation reported by several authors and showed its high nutrition value, confirming its importance as one of the main bee feed.
