Sensory evaluation realized by a group of wine tasters using objective standarts is one of the most valuables ways to appreciate wine quality. This work dernonstrates a methodology to test the homogeneity and the efficiency of wine tasters group using the potencial of multivariate analysis according the results of a 23 variables ensemble.
