Abstract

It was analysed 120 samples of drinking water from Blumenau (SC) Brazil 

to verify the presence Probable Number method. determined too. It was absence for Pseudomonas showed available chlorine and the pH values were in of the Pseudomonas  aeruginosa by the Most The pH values and available chlorine was verified that 100% of the samples revealed aeruginosa, although 29,2% of the samples wich were not within legally accepted limits, the range of 8.5.
