FOOD PRODUCTS IN FLAKES SHAPE ENRICHED WITH SOY FLOUR

Abstract


Soyflour enriched flakes were developed and prepared into sweet and salty formulations, and various flavors and shapes. Sensory evaluation test and consumers acceptability test demonstrated the feasibility of this kind of processed enriched smack flakes with high nutritional value and low production cost.
