ANALYTICAL CONTROL OF SEVERAL VARIETIES OF WINE PRODUCED IN A VINEYARD IN RIO GRANDE DO SUL (BRAZIL)

Abstract


Nineteen samples of wine from different varieties were analysed and the results, compared with the producer standards. The samples presented such characteristics and stability which allowed to be bottled. The samples with insuficient free and total sulphureous anhidrid and colour excess were corrected respectively by further addition of gas and clarifican.
