Hematologic analysis are frequently use at veterinary laboratory. The use of automatic is now applied to veterinary diagnostic and consequently other blood parameters is how available. Blood samples were obtained from 113 females and males healthy dogs from north of Brazil. All hematologic analysis and procedures were done according with the laboratory standard. The blood samples were submit to an automatic cell counter (Cell-Dyn 3700r - ABX Diagnostic, Montpellier, France) including RDW, PCT, PDW and MVP parameters. No statistics difference were found between females and males and the average values for those parameters were RDW (16,44 ± 1,41); PCT (0,36 ± 0,16); PDW (20,16 ± 1,68) and MPV (13,27 ± 3,94). A correlation were found for PDW X MPV (R2 = 0,810 p < 0,05) and MPV X PCT (R2 = 0,388 p < 0,05). The aim of this study was determinate the reference interval for this blood parameters and compare it with other and evaluate the probability of some existence of correlation.
