Las candidaturas independientes en la interpretación jurisdiccional

Abstract

En el presente artículo se estudian las reformas constitucionales de los años: 2012, 2013 y 2014 respecto de la inclusión de las candidaturas independientes al sistema político-electoral en México; para posteriormente analizar cómo se ha dado la equidad en la contienda electoral entre candidatos independientes  y candidatos postulados por partidos políticos a través de la interpretación jurisdiccional que ha llevado a cabo el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, así como la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, especialmente en el tema de la participación en los debates.
